Ryan has been working for Dynastream Innovations as contractor over the last few years. Most recently he finished a 16 month full time contract in the role of Web Applications Programmer. During this time he worked closely with the IS Services team which I Manage.

I have had the opportunity on several occasions to work closely together with Ryan; including sitting at the same monitor writing and reviewing applications for an important web system migration. I can confidently comment on his character and attributes as a person and a Web Applications programmer.

Ryan has a drive to learn the things required to accomplish the tasks he takes on. Many of the projects he completed at Dynastream required an expansion to his skill set and deepening of his knowledge. He repeatedly stepped up to these challenges and extended himself with impressive results. Ryan confidently approaches problems with practicality and routinely completed tasks ahead of expectations.

Ryan is a personable and communicative coworker, making him a good addition in a team environment. While at Dynastream he demonstrated a high level of competence in many Web-related technologies including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX and XHTML.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with Ryan in the future and can recommend him as a capable Web Applications Programmer.
